Document Dispatcher
InXtend Document Dispatcher for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Send invoices, confirmations and statements by rule, to the right people, and merge many documents into one PDF.
Document Dispatcher sends posted documents by e-mail according to rules you set per document type: who receives them, the subject, body and file name from templates, and whether they go out at posting or in a scheduled batch. Monthly statements run the same way, every send is logged with a resend action, and Print Pack merges a customer's documents into one PDF.
What it does
- Dispatch rules
- Per document type: recipients from the bill-to, sell-to or contacts with a role, fixed CC and BCC, and subject, body and file name templates.
- Per-customer preferences
- Override the send mode, add recipients or suppress sending for a customer and document type.
- Batch sends and statements
- A job sends everything not yet sent and runs monthly customer statements with zero-balance and blocked-customer suppression.
- Send log
- Every send with recipient, subject, file name and status, and a Resend action.
- Print Pack
- Merge chosen invoices or a date range into one PDF per customer, then download it, attach it to the customer or send it.
