These terms apply to your use of inxtend.com (the "site"), which is operated by InXtend LLC. By using the site you agree to them. InXtend apps are licensed separately (see below).

Information only

The site describes software that's in development. Features, editions, prices, availability and dates may change or be withdrawn before release. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a commitment to deliver any feature or app, or professional advice. Joining the waitlist doesn't create a contract or guarantee access.

InXtend apps

Each app will be licensed under the InXtend End User License Agreement. It will be published here and linked from each AppSource listing before the app is offered. Those terms, not these, will govern use of the apps. Microsoft distributes listings through AppSource but isn't a party to the license between you and InXtend.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or bypass its security, overloading it, submitting false or automated sign-ups, or copying it in bulk.

Our content

The site's text, graphics, logos and code belong to InXtend LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. Any other use needs our written permission.

Trademarks

InXtend and the InXtend logo are trademarks of InXtend LLC. InXtend is an independent software publisher. Its apps are not sponsored or endorsed by Microsoft, Shopify Inc. or the International Chamber of Commerce. Microsoft, AppSource, Azure, Business Central, Dynamics 365, Dynamics GP, Excel, Microsoft Entra and Power Automate are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Incoterms® is a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, InXtend LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts in Broward County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
