Privacy

This notice explains how InXtend LLC handles personal information collected through inxtend.com. It doesn't yet cover InXtend apps, which haven't been released. See "InXtend apps" below.

Who we are

InXtend LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 501 East Las Olas Blvd., Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, United States, is responsible for your information (the "controller"). Contact: privacy@inxtend.com.

What we collect on this site

• Waitlist sign-ups. Your work email address, and your company name and the app you're interested in if you give them. We also record the page you signed up from, whether you signed up as a customer or partner, and the country your request came from. We don't keep your IP address in our waitlist records.
• Emails you send us. Your message, your email address and anything you include.
• Site analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Technical data. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. It keeps operational logs for a limited period.

Cookies

We don't set cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots. It isn't used for advertising or tracking. We don't track visitors across other websites, so the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

How we use it and why

• To email you about the apps you chose when you signed up: when they're available, an invitation to the early-access trial and, if you signed up as a partner, the partner program terms. We use the waitlist for nothing else. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
• To reply to emails you send us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
• To keep the site working and secure, and to count visits. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

We don't sell or rent personal information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't add you to a newsletter. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You don't have to give us your email address, but we can't add you to the waitlist without it. We don't make automated decisions about you.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, the waitlist database (Cloudflare D1) and analytics.
• Microsoft Corporation provides our email (Microsoft 365) and stores emails you send us and emails we send you.

These providers process data only on our instructions. We'll disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is sold, under this notice.

International transfers

We're based in the United States. Our waitlist database is hosted in North America, and our providers may process data in other countries. If you're outside the United States, your information is processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. Our providers handle it under data processing terms that include safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We delete each waitlist sign-up automatically 24 months after the date you signed up. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we stop emailing you within 10 business days and delete your sign-ups within 30 days. We keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we don't email you again. Deleted records can remain in our hosting provider's backups for up to 30 days. We keep emails, including the waitlist emails we send, for no longer than 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, to receive a copy of it, or to object to or restrict how we use it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@inxtend.com. We may need to confirm it's you, and we'll reply within one month. If you're in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site and InXtend apps are for businesses. They aren't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect children's information.

InXtend apps

When InXtend apps are released, they will send us the limited data described on our Security and data page. That covers license checks, technical telemetry, and anything you send us for support. This section will set out the details, including our role for each type of data, before the first app is sold.

Changes

We'll post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we'll tell waitlist members by email first.
