What it does
- Policy where it belongs
- Turn on short-close per location, with Allow Backorder exceptions on customers, vendors and individual orders.
- Every warehouse setup
- Works with direct posting, inventory picks and put-aways, and warehouse shipments and receipts.
- Clean remainders
- Leftover warehouse lines, reservations and lot or serial tracking for the closed quantity are removed.
- Prices stay put
- Closing the remainder doesn't re-price the line. Unit price and discount are kept.
- A full audit trail
- Original order quantity is stamped on posted lines and every close is logged as closed, skipped or failed, with the reason.
