Warehouse Mobile
InXtend Warehouse Mobile for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Receive, put away, pick, ship and count on an Android handheld, with every scan checked by Business Central and posted once.
Business Central has five inbound and five outbound warehouse flows, chosen by settings on the Location card, and most scanner apps support one of them.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central chooses between five ways to receive and five ways to ship from four settings on the Location card. Warehouse Mobile reads each location's setup and posts every scan through the matching standard routine: the purchase receipt, the inventory put-away, the warehouse receipt, the inventory pick or the warehouse shipment. Scans are staged and checked before anything is posted, a refused scan posts nothing, and a scan queued on weak Wi-Fi posts once when the signal returns.
The screens are illustrations of an app in development.

What it does
- Every location setup
- Basic, inventory put-away and pick, receipt and shipment, and directed put-away and pick locations, side by side in one company. The confirmation says what was posted.
- Red means nothing posted
- A wrong bin, a blocked bin or a missing lot is refused before posting, with the reason on the screen. A queued scan posts once, even after a Wi-Fi drop.
- GS1 in one scan
- GS1-128 and DataMatrix labels fill item, lot, serial, expiration date and quantity in one scan; item references and GTINs resolve to the right unit.
- Set up in an hour
- An assisted setup, a readiness check and a QR code that enrols a handheld. Nothing tenant-specific is built into the Android app.
- Labels included
- Item, bin, lot and serial labels through InXtend Barcode Labels, to Zebra cloud printers, PrintNode, BarTender Cloud, any report printer or a printer paired with the handheld.
