Keep every customer's sales tax exemption certificate on file, per state, and catch the ones that are missing or expired.

Tax Exemption Certificates stores resale and exemption certificates per customer and state with the scanned copy, issue and expiration dates. When an exempt customer's order ships to a state without a valid certificate, release and posting warn or block. Expiring certificates are flagged ahead of time, and an audit report lists the invoices each certificate covers.

What it does

Certificate register
Resale, exempt organization, direct pay, manufacturing and other certificates per customer, state and ship-to, with the scan attached.
Checks at release and posting
Warn or block when an exempt sale ships to a state with no valid certificate, with every problem reported at once.
Expiry follow-up
Exempt status on the customer card, an expiring-certificates cue and an e-mail digest a set number of days ahead.
Audit export
An Excel report of certificates and the sales invoices each one covers, per period.
