See consumption, expiry and call-offs of every blanket order, with a weekly digest of those at risk.

Blanket Order Tracker lists every blanket sales and purchase order line with what was agreed, what is on open orders, what was shipped or received and invoiced, and what remains. Call-offs made with the standard Make Order function are recorded, so you see the call-off rate and when the remaining quantity is projected to run out.

What it does

One tracker, both sides
Blanket sales orders and blanket purchase orders, line by line.
Consumption at a glance
Blanket quantity, on open orders, shipped or received, invoiced, remaining and consumed percentage.
Expiry and thresholds
An expiry date and alert threshold per blanket order, with a company-wide default.
Call-off history
Last call-off date, average monthly call-off and projected run-out date.
Clear status
Each line shows Expired, Expiring Soon, Threshold Reached, Fully Consumed or Open.
Weekly digest
An email per salesperson or purchaser and to central recipients.
