What it does

Three alert stages
For example 90, 60 and 30 days ahead, with one alert per stage and no duplicates.
Contracts and warranties
Service contracts and parts and labor warranties of service items.
Expiry Alerts worklist
Days left, customer, salesperson and status in one list.
Create Renewal Quote
Copies the contract lines with Business Central's standard routine.
Customer renewal notices
Sent from your own template, manually or automatically at a chosen stage.
Role center cues
Expiring in 30 days and expired-not-handled on the Service Dispatcher role center.
