Inventory Integrity

InXtend Inventory Integrity for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Negative-inventory rules per location and source, a safe way to switch item tracking, and expiry dates captured at the count.

Business Central prevents negative inventory for all of an item or none of it. Inventory Integrity sets the rule per location, item category, item and posting source. It also lets you change an item's tracking code after it has ledger entries, through a guided zero-out and re-add, and records expiration dates for new lots found during a physical count.

What it does

Negative Inventory Rules
Allow, warn or block per location, item category, item and source: shipments, transfers, consumption, item journals and assembly.
Item Tracking Switch
Change the item tracking code directly when nothing is on hand, or through a logged zero-out and re-add with the lots and serials you enter.
Count Expiry Capture
Enter the expiration date for a new lot on the physical inventory recording; it reaches the tracking created when the order posts.
