Project Commercial

Project Commercial gives projects a hierarchy and connects them to sales. Projects get a parent, a tree view rolls up budget, actual cost, invoiced amounts and WIP across the subtree, and a sales quote or order becomes a project with its planning lines in one step. The link back to the sales document stays visible on the project.

What it does

Project hierarchy

A parent project on every project, up to five levels, with a cycle check and a Create Sub-Project action.

Roll-up

A project tree with budget, actual cost, invoiced, WIP and percent complete over the subtree, an Excel report and an API page for Power BI.

Quote and order to project

Create a project and its tasks from a sales quote or order, with each line as a budget, billable or both planning line.

Purchase from the plan

Create a purchase order from project planning lines, linked to the project, task and planning line.
