InXtend Service Utilities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Copy, correct and cancel service documents, send them with the customer's profile, and route them for approval.

Service documents lack several tools sales documents have had for years. Service Utilities adds Copy Document to service invoices and credit memos, Cancel and Correct on posted service invoices, sending with the customer's document sending profile, and approval workflows for service quotes, orders, invoices and credit memos.

What it does

Copy Document
Copy from posted service invoices, shipments and credit memos or open service documents, with header, lines, prices, dimensions and service items.
Cancel and Correct
Cancel posts a reversing service credit memo; Correct also opens a new invoice to edit. Double cancellation is blocked.
Sending profiles
Send posted service invoices and credit memos with the customer's document sending profile.
Service approvals
Approval workflows for service quotes, orders, invoices and credit memos, with release blocked while approval is pending.
